Eligibility Summary

Providers which meet eligibility requirements for a particular funding stream will have access to view, fill out, and submit the online funding application for that program via Colorado Shines.

Race to the Top Quality Improvement (RTTQI) Any licensed provider that has achieved Level 2 or greater in Colorado Shines.
School Readiness (SRQIP) Any provider specifically designated as eligible for School Readiness support; this data is obtained from CDHS.
Infant/Toddler Quality & Availability (ITQA) Any licensed provider that is authorized to serve infants/toddlers. (To participate, providers must already serve CCAP infants/toddlers or must add CCAP slots for infants/toddlers.)
CCCAP QI Providers with Mean CCAP Enrollment of 3 or more. Providers must be within designated council areas (the 9 original and 7 new CCCAP QI Pilot councils).


Eligibility does not guarantee will be awarded. Early Childhood Councils will review funding applications submitted by providers and award funds at their discretion.
