QI Funding: Provider Eligibility, SugarCRM & ecConnect
Providers which meet eligibility requirements for a particular funding stream will have access to view, fill out, and submit the online funding application for that program via Colorado Shines.
|Race to the Top Quality Improvement (RTTQI)||Any licensed provider that has achieved Level 2 or greater in Colorado Shines.|
|School Readiness (SRQIP)||Any provider specifically designated as eligible for School Readiness support; this data is obtained from CDHS.|
|Infant/Toddler Quality & Availability (ITQA)||Any licensed provider that is authorized to serve infants/toddlers. (To participate, providers must already serve CCAP infants/toddlers or must add CCAP slots for infants/toddlers.)|
|CCCAP QI||Providers with Mean CCAP Enrollment of 3 or more. Providers must be within designated council areas (the 9 original and 7 new CCCAP QI Pilot councils).|
Eligibility does not guarantee will be awarded. Early Childhood Councils will review funding applications submitted by providers and award funds at their discretion.
